JAKARTA - Two PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM) investors who sold their shares in this production company were featured in the list of share ownership changes exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday, March 3.

Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi was the first investor who sold over 65 million FILM shares. He now only owns about 5.84% of the shares, down from 6.5% earlier. Second, 26.57 million FILM shares were sold by PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia, leaving 5.84% of the shares.

The two investors sold their stock through PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia. In the meantime, PT Bank HSBC Indonesia was used by Morgan Stanley And Co International Plc to purchase 1.35 million FILM shares. This foreign investor's share portion rose a little to 11.56%.

Additionally, two investors in PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA) seemed to be increasing their holdings in this company that provides consulting services for the energy and mining industries. Through PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas, foreign investor Zurich Assets International Ltd purchased 5.67 million shares, now owning 6.87% of the shares.

After that, PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia acquired 3.51 million shares, now owning 6.94% of the shares, through PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas and PT Dwidana Sakti Sekuritas.

Then, through PT BCA Sekuritas, bread manufacturer PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) purchased 1.42 million of its own shares. 515 million shares, or around 8.34% of the total, were held.

Additionally, Lo Kheng Hong purchased 93,800 shares of PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), a mining investment business. He formally held 5.47% of the shares after conducting the deal at PT Sinarmas Sekuritas.

However, the second-largest share purchase this time was PT NEV Stored Energy's purchase of 55 million shares of PT Green Power Group Tbk (LABA), a renewable energy issuer. From 45.77% to 40.78%, the remaining controlling stake decreased with the help of PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas.

51.30 million shares of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI), a real estate developer, were then released by PT Manunggal Prime Development via PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia. About 26.61% of the shares are still in circulation. PT Indovest Central ultimately sold about 2.5 million shares of PT Charnic Capital Tbk (NICK), keeping 60.31% of the remaining shares.
