JAKARTA – PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) has divested 126.52 million shares of its subsidiary, PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU).

Corporate Secretary of RAJA, Yuni Pattinasarani, disclosed that the divestment of RATU shares took place on 5 March 2025.

"The company retains its status as the major shareholder [of RATU], with a 75.34% ownership stake," said Yuni in a disclosure of information.

According to IDNFinancials.com, RAJA’s share price increased by 6.48% to IDR 2,830 minutes after the opening of Thursday’s (6/3) first trading session, while RATU’s share price rose by 8.78% to IDR 6,725. (DH/KR/ZH)
