JAKARTA – PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) continues to accumulate shares of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), purchasing 74,263,900 shares this time.

Titi Maria Rusli, Corporate Secretary of EMTK, revealed that on 5 March 2024, EMTK acquired 74.26 million SCMA shares at IDR 202 per share, bringing the total transaction value to IDR 15 billion.
“The purpose of this transaction is for investment,” Titi stated.

Following this transaction, EMTK’s ownership increased to 62.82%, up from the previous 62.72%.

On today’s (6/3) session I, SCMA saw 5% jump or 10-point increase to IDR 210 per share. Meanwhile, since the beginning of this year, the price has increased 25.75%. (DH/KR/ZH/VA)
