JAKARTA – On Tuesday, March 4, the Indonesia Stock Exchange's list of share ownership changes exceeding 5% was dominated by stock purchases. Of the ten investors included in this list, seven bought shares.

Djoni became a new investor in PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA), adding the most shares. With a share of 5.33%, he purchased 350 million shares of this real estate developer issuer through PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

Then, PT Dua Samudera Perkasa acquired 10.65% of the shares in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), the parent firm of capital participation. This investor used PT Pilarmas Investindo Sekuritas to purchase 136.88 million TEBE shares.

PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, SCMA's controlling investor, increased its ownership stake in media issuer PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) by 144.59 million shares. The deal was facilitated by PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, which held a total of 62.67% of the shares.

Through PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, the foreign investor JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Singapore Branch, subsequently purchased 80 million shares of the real estate firm PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk (ESTA). Currently, this foreign investor holds 19.69% of the issuer's shares.

Then, with a 16.09% ownership stake, PT Eralink International acquired 65.88 million shares of mobile phone retailer PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA). PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk was employed to complete this transaction. 43.81 million shares of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) were also added by PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. Through the purchase, its stake in the metal ore mining firm climbed marginally to 19.58% through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia.

The final share addition in this market hint was conducted by Prajogo Pangestu. He purchased 11 million shares, resulting in 71.36% of the stakes in this energy and industrial company, PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT). The transaction was facilitated by PT Bahana Sekuritas.

In the meantime, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, the parent company of MNC Group, acquired 197.72 million shares in PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG). With the remaining 9.22% of the shares, PT MNC Sekuritas and three additional securities helped this investor finish the deal.

The controller of PT (HILL), PT Hillcon Equity Management, also sold off over 66 million shares, bringing its current ownership stake to about 55.92%. Through PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, the transaction was completed.

Lastly, 3.22 million shares of PT (CYBR) were sold by foreign investor INV Management Pte Ltd through PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia. As of right now, this controller owns 45.14% of CYBR's shares. (KD)
