Prices weaken, ARKO CEO adds more shares

JAKARTA – Aldo Henry Artoko, CEO of PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO), has increased his ownership in the renewable energy company despite the weakening share prices.
The stock purchase transaction took place on March 3 and 5, 2025, with a total acquisition of 1.03 million shares at prices ranging from IDR 922.24 to IDR 934.36 per share.
In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (5/3), Aldo stated that this corporate action is aimed at long-term investment through direct share ownership.
With this transaction, his total shareholding in ARKO increased from 3.125 million shares (0.11%) to 4.1637 million shares (0.14%).
ARKO is a renewable energy-based electricity producer under Astra Group (ASII) through its subsidiary PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), specifically under PT Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN). The company operates several Mini Hydro Power Plants (PLTM) as part of its clean energy development strategy in the country.
As of 2.52 PM WIB on Thursday (6/3), ARKO's share price stood at IDR 920 per share, weakening by 2.13% from the opening price. (EF/ZH)
