Upcoming MESOP, this is BoD of BELI shareholders

JAKARTA - PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI), the manager of blibli.com e-commerce, will offer more than 3 billion shares via the Management Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) programme starting next week (15/3). Currently, a number of members of the board of directors own BELI shares.
In an information disclosure quoted on Friday (7/3), Eric Winarta, Director of BELI said that the company plans to implement the MESOP II Phase IV Programme and MESOP III Phase II Programme.
The number of options exercised in MESOP II Phase IV is 1.46 million and MESOP III Phase II is 3 billion shares at a price of IDR 406 per share. This corporate action plan will last a month starting from (15/3-14/4).
‘Option rights that have not been exercised during this period can be exercised in the next one,’ he said.
As of January 2025, the number of BELI shares was recorded at 131 billion, with controlling share ownership of 77.03% and non-controlling 22.97%. Free float shares are 22.65% and the number of shareholders is 3,744 customers. The ultimate beneficiaries of share ownership are Robert Budi Hartono and Bambang Hartono.
The board of commissioners and directors who own BELI shares include Honky Harjo, Deputy President Commissioner of BELI, Kusumo Martanto, President Director of BELI, Hendry, Lisa Widodo, Eric Alamsyah Winarta, Andy Untono, and Ronald Winardi as Directors.(LK/LM)
