JAKARTA – Pangayoman Adi Soenjoto, Commissioner of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD), has increased his shareholding by purchasing 2.65 million shares, equivalent to 0.007% of the company’s shares.

This transaction took place on February 28, 2025 at a price of IDR 350 per share. “The purpose of this transaction is to increase the portion of direct share ownership,” said I Made Astawa, Corporate Secretary of GOOD, in a statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday (6/3).

After this transaction, Pangayoman Adi Soenjoto's ownership in GOOD rose to 3.15 billion shares or 8.55% of the total shares. Previously, he held around 8.54%.

For context, GOOD is a leading food and beverage company in Indonesia. Over the past month, GOOD’s share price has dropped 3.05% from IDR 395 to IDR 382 per share. However, in today's first trading session (7/3), GOOD’s share price increased by 4 points, or 1.06%. (DK/KR/ZH)
