HEM obtains IDR 164.84 billion from releasing 2.24% HILL shares

JAKARTA - PT Hilcon Equity Management (HEM) obtained fresh funds worth IDR 164.84 billion from the sale of 2.24% of PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL) shares. HEM is the controlling shareholder of this issuer.
In an information disclosure quoted on Friday (7/3), Hersan Qiu, President Director of HILL said that HEM sold 65.93 million shares at a price of IDR 2,500 per share, yesterday (4/3). ‘The purpose of the transaction is for investment,’ he said.
After the transaction, share ownership shrank to 1.75 billion (59.52%) from 1.82 billion (61.76%).
As of February 2025, the number of HILL shares was 2.94 billion, with controlling shareholders 61.76% and non-controlling 38.24%. The shareholder composition is PT CGS International 7.33%, HEM 61.76%, PT Bukit Persada 16.15%, and the public 14.76%.
At 11.30 am on Friday (7/3), HILL's share price was corrected by 0.97% or IDR 20 to IDR 2,050. In this week, the price still strengthened 1.99% or IDR 40, and in a month the issuer's share price slipped 2.38% or IDR50 per share. (LK/LM)
