JAKARTA – PT Ngrumat Bondo Utomo (NBO) added 29.4 million shares in PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) throughout February 2025, compared to January 2025.

In a disclosure of information on Friday (7/3), Farida Helianti Sastrosatomo, Corporate Secretary & Compliance Director of SMDR, announced changes in the structure of SMDR's shareholders as of February 28, 2025.

After the transaction, NBO's ownership increased by 0.18% to 2.61 billion shares (15.97%) from 2.58 billion shares (15.79%). PT Samudera Indonesia Tangguh (SIT) remained stable at 57.98%, while public ownership (both scrip and scripless) decreased to 25.87% from 26.05%.

The total listed shares amounted to 16.37 billion, with Controlling shareholders holding 57.98% and Non-controlling shareholders 42.02%.

As of Friday afternoon (7/3), SMDR's share price rose by 0.82% or IDR 2 to IDR 246 per share. The stock opened at IDR 244, reaching a high of IDR 248 and a low of IDR 244 per share.
