JAKARTA – Honor Information Technology Co Limited has partnered with PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) to distribute Honor's telecommunications devices in Indonesia. The agreement was signed last week (4/3).

In a disclosure on Monday (10/3), Amelia Allen, Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary of ERAA, stated that Honor is committed to forming a strategic partnership with ERAA and PT Teletama Artha Mandiri (TAM) to develop and expand the distribution of telecom devices.
"This agreement not only strengthens the company's and TAM's position in the market but also opens new opportunities for the distribution of Honor's products in various regions covered by the agreement," she said.

TAM is a subsidiary controlled by ERAA through its unit, PT Erafone Artha Retailindo (EAR). Honor is a Hong Kong-based company, and there are no affiliations between ERAA and Honor.

She further explained that the partnership will enhance operational efficiency, provide legal certainty in the business collaboration, and ensure more stable business continuity.

"This collaboration is also expected to contribute positively to the financial growth of the company and TAM, through increased revenue and supply chain optimisation," she added. (LK/ZH)
