JAKARTA – PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra (SBM) plans to conduct a tender offer for 5.65 billion shares of PT Minna Padi Investama Sekuritas Tbk (PADI). Currently, SBM holds 5.75% of PADI’s total listed shares.

According to the disclosure of information on Monday (10/3), Martha Susanti, Director of PADI, stated that SBM intends to increase its shareholding in PADI. "The voluntary tender offer plan by SBM is still in the process of obtaining an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK)," she said.

The voluntary tender offer represents 50% of PADI’s issued and fully paid-up capital.

As of February 28, 2025, PADI's total listed shares stood at 11.30 billion, with 1.11% controlled by the Controlling Shareholders and 98.89% held by Non-controlling Shareholders.

The shareholding structure consists of Djoko Joelianto (0.097%), Eveline Listijosuputro (1.11%), Henry Kurniawan (0.001%), the public (92.306%), and SBM (5.75%). (LK/ZH)
