Foreign net sell 1.11 billion shares, which stocks are sold the most?

JAKARTA – On Monday, February 10, transactions involving foreign investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were once more concluded with a net sell. If foreign transactions ended with a net sell of 312.01 million shares on the previous trading day, then today's total rose significantly to 1.11 billion shares.
Today's foreign purchasing and selling volumes were significantly lower than those of the previous trading day (7/3). 3.54 billion shares were purchased by foreign buyers today, representing the total volume of foreign buys. Today, foreign investors registered a net sell of 1.11 shares, out of a sales volume (foreign sell) of 4.65 billion shares.
At 479.70 million shares, IDX recorded the highest net sell volume today. After 2.30 billion shares of this digital service issuer were sold by foreigners and approximately 1.82 billion shares were bought, PT GOTO Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) reached this number.
Then came shares of two mining companies, BUMI and DEWA. A net sell of 129.07 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) and 124.36 million shares of PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) was made.
A total of 258.57 million shares were sold, and 129.50 million shares were purchased by foreigners in BUMI. Meanwhile, DEWA's foreign buying volume was 18.25 million shares, with 142.62 million being sold.
Following the purchase of 96.57 million shares by foreign investors and the sale of 173.09 million shares, the state-owned banking business PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) had a net sell of 76.52 million shares today.
With a net sell of 55.17 million shares, mineral mining company PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (ANTM), another state-owned business, closed the top sell list. Over 74.38 million ANTM shares were sold by foreigners, while 19.21 million shares were purchased.
At 93.04 million shares, the IDX reported the largest net buy of shares in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), an energy infrastructure business. With over 6.29 million shares released, BIPI's foreign buying volume was close to 100 million shares.
Media issuer PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) came in second with a net buy of 28.39 million shares, and PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) came right behind with 25.77 million shares. A total of 42.80 million shares were sold, and 71.20 million shares were purchased by SCMA from overseas. Following that, a total of 64.72 million shares were purchased by foreigners, and about 39 million shares were sold.
After its foreign investors sold 14.19 million shares and bought 28.36 million shares, the livestock producer PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA),received a net buy of about 14.17 million shares. With a net buy of 9.66 million shares, PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) ultimately closed the net foreign investment list. Approximately 10.15 million of FREN's shares were sold, while nearly 20 million were bought by foreigners. (KD)
