JAKARTA – Levoca Enterprise Ltd has once again increased its stake in PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) by acquiring 466.73 million shares on March 5, 2025.

This move has garnered attention, given that Levoca had previously sold 1 billion BNBR shares on February 27, 2025.

Christofer A. Uktolseja, Corporate Secretary of BNBR, stated that following this transaction, Levoca’s ownership in BNBR rose to 44.44 billion shares, equivalent to 25.63% of the total shares. Prior to the transaction, the investor held 43.98 billion shares or 25.36%.

With the 0.269% increase, Levoca has further strengthened its position as a shareholder in BNBR.

“Management is unaware of the purpose of this transaction, but the shareholding remains under direct ownership,” Christofer said in a disclosure on Tuesday (11/3). (EF/KR/ZH)
