JAKARTA – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), part of Sinar Mas Land, has set a target for pre-sales of IDR 10 trillion in 2025.

Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE, said that the launch of new products, particularly in BSD City, along with joint venture projects such as Nava Park and Hiera, would help achieve this target.

"We are optimistic that the product innovations and strategic synergies we are implementing will strengthen competitiveness and increase the attractiveness of the residential offerings we provide," he explained in an official statement, quoted on Tuesday (11/3).

In 2024, BSDE recorded pre-sales of IDR 9.72 trillion, exceeding the initial target of IDR 9.5 trillion.

For the 2025 financial year, BSDE aims to derive 51% of its revenue from the residential segment, 34% from the commercial segment, and 15% from various other projects.

Management projects that BSD City could contribute up to IDR 1.8 trillion in pre-sales from the residential segment. Meanwhile, the commercial and other segments are expected to contribute IDR 1.7 trillion from the pre-sales target.

In addition to BSD City, management also predicts that the Grand Wisata and Kota Wisata projects will positively contribute to BSDE's pre-sales target.

Hermawan added that the extension of tax incentives by the Indonesian government is also expected to boost consumer purchasing power. This policy is considered to have a positive impact on the sales of BSDE's landed houses and apartments in Grand Wisata, Southgate Apartment, and Aerium.

“We believe that these incentives will continue to drive the growth of the national property industry,” concluded Hermawan. (EF/KR/ZH)
