JAKARTA – PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKON) recorded a net profit of IDR 186.41 billion in 2024, a 21.5% year-on-year (yoy) decrease compared to IDR 237.47 billion in the previous year.

This decline in net profit impacted earnings per share, which fell to IDR 11.43 from IDR 14.56.

According to the 2024 Financial Report, the drop in net profit was in line with a 14.75% yoy decrease in operating revenue to IDR 3.87 trillion, driven by the weaker performance across various business segments.

Although the cost of goods sold decreased to IDR 3.26 trillion, JKON’s gross profit still fell 12.87% yoy to IDR 614.20 billion. However, several expense items continued to weigh on the bottom line in 2024, leading to a sharp drop in net profit, resulting in a net profit margin of 4.81%, slightly down from 5.2% in 2023.

The company's total assets as of December 31 2024 also declined to IDR 4.37 trillion, with cash and cash equivalents amounting to IDR 582.43 billion. (DH/ZH)
