JAKARTA - PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (KJP) invested an additional IDR 160.53 billion in PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) in a share purchase transaction last week (7/3). With this transaction, KJP maintains its controlling stake in PTRO.

Anto Broto, Corporate Secretary of PTRO, said that KJP bought 48.54 million shares at a price of IDR 3,306.84 per share. The number of shares increased to 4.27 billion (42.394%) from 4.22 billion (41.913%).

"The transaction is for investment purposes," he said in an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (11/3).

Previously, the controller of PTRO was active in adding investments. KJP bought 16.77 million shares at IDR 2,982.25 on March 4, and 22.94 million shares at IDR 3,058.18 per share on March 5, 2025. After said transaction, KJP's share became 4.22 billion (41.913%) from 4.18 billion (41.519%). (LK/LM)
