JAKARTA – Two subsidiaries of PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) have conducted a land purchase transaction in Kariangau, West Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

Sara K. Loebis, Corporate Secretary of UNTR, announced that two UNTR subsidiaries signed a purchase agreement for land covering an area of 31,737 m² valued at IDR 25 billion. "PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE) bought land owned by PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya (UTR)," she said in an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (12/3).

She stated that the transaction was carried out to expand UTPE's area and support its operations.

Currently, Loudy Irwanto Ellias, Director of UNTR, also serves as President Commissioner of both UTPE and UTR. Meanwhile, Iwan Hadiantoro and Idot Supriadi, Directors of UNTR, also serve as Commissioners at UTPE and UTR. (LK/ZH)
