JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) is targeting marketing sales or pre-sales of IDR 1.81 trillion in 2025, similar to the 2024 realisation of IDR 1.87 trillion.

Tondy Suwandi, Director and Corporate Secretary of DMAS, explained that the target will be achieved through industrial land sales in Deltamas city, commercial products, and residential units.

“This target takes into account external factors such as the national economic growth rate and global geopolitical conditions,” Tondy stated in an official release on Thursday (13/3).

DMAS estimates that the remaining land bank includes about 151 hectares for industrial land as of December 2024, 358 hectares for the commercial segment, and 171 hectares for residential purposes.

According to Tondy, demand for industrial land in Deltamas city remains very high. Earlier this year, he added, there was demand for up to 90 hectares, predominantly from data centre tenants, though there were also requests from sectors like FMCG and chemicals.

DMAS will also continue developing its commercial and residential areas this year, responding to the growing economic activity in Deltamas, Karawang, West Java. (DH/KR/ZH)
