JAKARTA – PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (KJP), the controlling shareholder of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), has acquired an additional 8.27 million PTRO shares at IDR 3,263.46 per share on March 10 and 11, 2025.

Anto Broto, Corporate Secretary of PTRO, stated that the transaction was made for investment purposes, with direct ownership of the shares.

Following this latest transaction, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada's ownership in PTRO has increased to 4,284,157,700 shares, equivalent to 42.476%, up from 4,275,887,800 shares or 42.394%.

Previously, on March 7, 2025, the company had purchased 48.54 million shares at IDR 3,306.84 per share. Similar transactions were also made on 4 and 5 March 2025, with the acquisition of 39.72 million shares at IDR 3,030.66 per share.

As of the first trading session at 11.35 AM WIB today, Thursday (13/3), PTRO shares rose 0.65% to IDR 3,100. (EF/ZH)
