JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) reported a 10.2% year-on-year (yoy) increase in net profit, reaching IDR 1.33 trillion in 2024, supported by revenue growth of 5.8% yoy.

According to its latest financial report, DMAS recorded operating revenue of IDR 2.03 trillion, up from IDR 1.92 trillion in the previous year.

Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of DMAS, stated that the industrial segment significantly contributed to the company's performance in 2024. Revenue from this segment reached IDR 1.8 trillion, accounting for around 88.9% of the company's total revenue.

Meanwhile, the residential segment contributed IDR 125.6 billion, or 6.2% of total revenue, with the commercial segment contributing IDR 67.6 billion (3.3%), rental at IDR 16.5 billion, and hospitality at IDR 16.2 billion.

DMAS recorded total assets of IDR 8.25 trillion as of 31 December 2024, up 22.9% from IDR 6.72 trillion in the previous year. The company's cash reserves at the end of last year amounted to IDR 1.76 trillion. (DH/KR/ZH)
