JAKARTA – PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR) is set to introduce a new business line related to document solutions to expand its business scope. This plan will be discussed during the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) scheduled for April 28, 2025.

The new business line is a digital document solution ecosystem, offering services that help manage documents digitally, from creation to delivery.

“In line with industry developments and market opportunities, ASGR sees the potential to enhance its performance and competitiveness by expanding its business portfolio and providing added value to customers,” said Trivena Nalsalita, ASGR’s Corporate Secretary, in a disclosure last Wednesday (12/3).

She noted that demand for services such as printing service business, office machine rentals, the packaging industry, and business process outsourcing continues to rise, driven by technological advancements and evolving business needs.

“ASGR views this as a strategic opportunity to meet the growing market demand while creating strong synergies with its core business,” she added.

According to IDNFinancials.com data, in the 2024 fiscal year, ASGR recorded a net profit growth of IDR 204.6 billion, up 45.11% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 141 billion in 2023. However, its revenue decreased by 5.07% to IDR 2.81 trillion. (DK/ZH)
