IMJS targets IDR 600 billion via rights issue

JAKARTA – PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS) is targeting to raise a maximum of IDR 600 billion through its fourth limited public offering, or rights issue, of 3 billion shares.
Jusak Kertowidjojo, President Director of IMJS, stated that in preparing for the Capital Increase with Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMETD) IV, the company assumes that the funds raised from this corporate action will range between IDR 500–600 billion.
“The funds obtained from the limited public offering, after deducting issuance costs, will be used to increase capital participation in its subsidiaries,” he said in an official disclosure on Thursday (13/3).
He added that the company is closely monitoring the performance of all its subsidiaries and supervising the strategic policies implemented by its subsidiaries, especially regarding the use of funds from the PMHMETD.
“Capital injections into subsidiaries are expected to have a positive impact on the growth of the business and its subsidiaries,” he said.
IMJS’s current shareholder structure consists of PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMSI), which controls 91.97% of the total 8.65 billion listed shares, and the public holding 8.03%. (LK/ZH)
