BNGA Director, Tjioe Mei Tjuen, resigns

JAKARTA – PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) Director, Tjioe Mei Tjuen, has officially tendered her resignation.
Fransiska Oei, BNGA’s Compliance Director and Corporate Secretary, confirmed that the company received Tjioe Mei Tjuen’s resignation letter on March 12, 2025.
“The reason for her resignation is personal (retirement),” said Fransiska in a written statement on Thursday (13/3).
Tjioe Mei Tjuen’s resignation will await shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) scheduled for April 14, 2025.
Tjioe Mei Tjuen has served as BNGA Director for the past five years, following her appointment at the AGM on April 9, 2020.
According to IDNFinancials.com, BNGA recorded positive performance in 2024, with net profit increasing by 5.15% to IDR 6.83 trillion, supported by a 6.4% growth in loans and financing. (DH/KR/ZH)
