DOID strengthens business in Australia by establishing a sub-holding

JAKARTA – PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) is expanding its business network through the Moura Materials Group in South Brisbane, Australia. BUMA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT BUMA Internasional Group Tbk (DOID), holding 100% ownership.
Dian Paramita, Director of DOID, stated that BUMA has established four subsidiaries, owned both directly and indirectly. “The establishment of the Moura Materials Group as a sub-holding company supports the company’s long-term strategic plan,” she said in a disclosure quoted on Friday (14/3).
The four companies within the Moura Materials Group are Moura Materials HoldCo Pty Ltd, Moura Materials MidCo Pty Ltd, Moura Materials BidCo Pty Ltd, and Moura Materials Services Pty Ltd.
DOID’s revenue primarily comes from the coal mining and mining services segment, amounting to USD 1.34 billion, followed by investments of USD 3.66 million, and other sources of USD 3.38 million in the third quarter of 2024. (LK/ZH)
