JAKARTA – Former Finance Minister, Bambang Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro, has resigned from his role as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA).

Cut Fika Lutfi, Corporate Secretary of BUKA, confirmed that the company received Bambang’s resignation letter on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

"This resignation is in relation to Bambang's appointment as Dean of the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI)," stated Cut Fika Lutfi in a written statement on Friday (14/3).

The resignation will be effective as of 31 March 2025. Subsequently, the company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to comply with OJK regulations. (DH/ZH/VA)
