JAKARTA – Teguh Patriawan invested IDR 11.19 billion to increase his shares in PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) yesterday (12/3).

In a disclosure quoted on Friday (14/3), Teguh Patriawan, CEO of NSSS, announced that he had purchased 46.64 million shares at IDR 240 per share. "The purpose of the stock transaction is for investment," he said.

Following the transaction, his shareholding increased to 2.54 billion (10.681%) from 2.49 billion (10.485%).

Over the past week, NSSS shares have dropped 4.17%, or IDR 12, to IDR 276 per share. As of 15:47 WIB on Friday (14/3), the stock was down 2.86%, or IDR 8.

Teguh Patriawan has served as CEO of NSSS since 2008. Prior to joining NSSS, he held positions as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Binasawit Abadipratama from 1993 to 2000, President Director of Surya Dumai Group from 1986 to 1993, General Manager and Director of Sola Gratia Group from 1981 to 1986, and Head of Bilateral Cooperation Subdivision at the Planning Bureau of the Indonesian Ministry of Forestry from 1981 to 1984.

Teguh Patriawan earned a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Gadjah Mada University and completed his Master’s degree at PPM Institute in 1991. (LK/ZH)
