JAKARTA – On Wednesday, March 12, the Indonesia Stock Exchange's list of share ownership changes above 5% featured foreign investor BES Trust Pte Ltd as a new investor in the tugboat and barge company PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk (CBRE). Through BUT Standard Chartered Bank, this investor instantly acquired 7.54% of CBRE by buying 342 million shares.

Additionally, Djoni acquired 109.31 million shares in the information technology issuer, making him the new owner of 5.07% of PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (NINE) shares. Additionally, he increased his share part to 17.43% by adding 32.5 million shares in PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN), a company that provides fleet management solutions. Djoni used PT Mandiri Sekuritas to make both purchases.

Then, through PT Pilarmas Investindo Sekuritas, PT Dua Samudera Perkasa purchased over 114.19 million shares of equity participation issuer PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE). At 24.5%, the rise in investor shares was substantial. Additionally, through PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada acquired 6.05 million shares, totaling 42.45% of the stakes of the mining and oil and gas business PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO).

On the other hand, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk's selling of 207.25 million shares of oil and gas issuer PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) was the biggest share reduction this time. Only 16.37% of the shares are left. Thereafter, PT Wahana Investa Niaga released 27.77 million shares of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA), a furniture maker, with 21.04% of the remaining shares. PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia facilitated this investor.

Additionally, through two securities, PT Goldfive Investment Capital sold 12.56 million shares of PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML), a maritime and logistics issuer. The percentage of remaining shares was 45.3%. Then, through PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Hillcon Equity Management sold 7.5 million shares of PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL), a mining and construction firm. There were 59.32% of the remaining controlling shares.

By selling 2.60 million shares of port service provider issuer PT Tanah Laut Tbk (INDX), foreign investor Equatorex Sdn Bhd ended the market hints. This controlling investor completed the sale through PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia and now holds the remaining 53.38%. (KD)
