JAKARTA – Manuel Djunako, President Commissioner and controlling shareholder of PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk (IDPR), has increased his shareholding through the purchase of 184,700 shares at an average price of IDR 155.5 per share on March 12 and 13, 2025.

Dwijanto, Corporate Secretary of IDPR, stated that this corporate action has raised Manuel Djunako’s ownership to 1,716,718,906 shares, equivalent to 85.707%. Previously, he held 1,716,534,806 shares, or 85.689% of total ownership.

“The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership status,” said Dwijanto in an official statement on Monday (17 March). (EF/ZH)
