BlackRock accumulates this stock, why?

JAKARTA – Technical analysis from PT Ina Sekuritas Indonesia indicates that shares of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) have the potential for a rebound after breaking through the 5-day moving average (MA5) and the 20-day moving average (MA20).
The potential strengthening of UNVR shares is also supported by Bloomberg data as of 14 March 2025, which recorded that BlackRock has accumulated 177,000 shares of UNVR. With this addition, BlackRock's ownership in UNVR increased to 0.05%, equivalent to 17.2 million shares.
As one of the leaders in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry in Indonesia, Ina Sekuritas considers UNVR to have strong business fundamentals. Thanks to the relatively stable demand characteristics of the industry, UNVR is seen as a defensive stock alternative in a fluctuating market.
Currently, UNVR shares remain in a bearish trend, but they have the potential to reach their resistance level at IDR 1,370–1,500 per share. If prices move unexpectedly, investors may opt to cut losses at IDR 1,220 per share.
