JAKARTA – Two Directors of PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk (DGNS) have announced their resignations this March.

The company received resignation letters from Renobulan Rizal Sini Suheimi and Dilly Dwiasri, both DGNS Directors, as stated in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Monday (17/3).

DGNS received Renobulan’s resignation letter on 14 March 2025, following the earlier resignation letter from Dilly Dwiasri on 3 March 2025.

The management did not provide reasons for the resignation of the two directors. The company plans to hold a General Meeting of Shareholders to seek approval for their resignations.

These resignations come amid a weak performance in DGNS's stock. As of 3.00 PM WIB, DGNS shares dropped by 1.23% to IDR 161. Over the past week, the stock has declined by 5.29%, and it has fallen 10.06% over the past month. (DH/ZH)
