JAKARTA – PT Nanotech Indonesia Global Tbk (NANO) has announced that one of its shareholders, PT Nanotech Riset Investama (NRI), has carried out a divestment.

NRI sold 245 million shares, equivalent to 5.72% of NANO’s total shares, on March 12, 2025. At a sale price of IDR 23 per share, the total divestment amounted to IDR 5.64 billion.

Ahmad Fathoni, Corporate Secretary of NANO, stated that the sale was conducted for NRI’s internal purposes. Following the transaction, NRI’s shareholding in NANO decreased to 205 million shares (4.79%), down from 450 million shares (10.501%).

“The purpose of the transaction is for investment with direct ownership status,” Ahmad said in an official statement on Monday (17/3).

On Monday (17/3), NANO shares rose by 6.9% (+2 points) to IDR 31 per share. Over the past five days, the stock has gained 29.17% (+7 points). (EF/KR/ZH)
