JAKARTA – The share price of PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS) remained stagnant at the close of trading on Monday (17/3) following the resignation of Jimmy Masrin, the Vice President Director of LTLS, last week (14/3).

By the close of trading on Monday (17/3), LTLS shares were recorded at IDR 950, unchanged from the opening price at 9 AM WIB. The highest recorded price was IDR 950, with a low of IDR 940 per share.

Last week, on March 14, LTLS shares dropped IDR 15 to IDR 950, with a transaction volume of 47,500 shares in 51 transactions, amounting to IDR 45.22 million. Over the past week, LTLS shares have declined by 4.04% or IDR 40, and eased by 5.47% or IDR 55 per share over the last month.

Joshua Chandraputra Asali, Director of LTLS, stated that Jimmy Masrin's resignation does not have a material impact on the company’s operations, finances, or business continuity. "Strong corporate governance mechanisms have ensured a smooth transition," he said in a disclosure of information.

He added that Jimmy Masrin has stepped down from all positions in the company's subsidiaries and affiliated group businesses. "Jimmy Masrin has expressed his willingness to support the transition process and the organisation of the general meeting of shareholders," he said. (LK/ZH)
