JAKARTA - PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) has secured IDR 799.06 billion after selling a land asset in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

Rian Fachmi, Corporate Secretary of BUVA, stated that the land asset was sold by PT Bukit Savanna Raya (BSR), a subsidiary of BUVA. “The company holds 50% of BSR's shares,” he said in a statement, quoted Monday (17/3).

BSR’s authorised capital is IDR 185.75 billion, with PT Sirius Surya Sentosa (SSS) and BUVA each holding 50% of the shares.

The buyer of BSR's land asset is PT Bangun Loka Indah (BLI). BLI has an authorised capital of IDR 3.30 trillion, with shareholders PT Griya Persada Muria holding 99.9997% and PT Sapta Prima Persada holding 0.0003%.

There is no affiliate relationship between BUVA and BLI. (LK/ZH)
