JAKARTA – David Hidayat, President Director of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO), has purchased another 400,000 shares of the company at IDR 555.5 per share on March 13, 2025, with a total transaction value of IDR 222.2 million.

“The purpose of this transaction is for direct shareholding investment,” David stated in a disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (17/3).

Following the transaction, David’s direct ownership of SIDO shares has increased to 9.64 million shares, equivalent to 0.032%. Prior to this, he held 9.24 million shares, or 0.031%.

It is worth noting that David had also purchased 3,650,000 shares of SIDO at prices between IDR 555 and IDR 565 on February 7 and 10, 2025. (DH/ZH)
