Prima Multi is GRPM's controller, FILM and NSSS investors trade shares

JAKARTA – On Friday, March 14, PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia was listed as a new investor in PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM) in the list of changes in share ownership above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. On top of that, the investor purchased over 1.09 billion shares of this Coca-Cola brand distributor, making them the controller right away with a 70.67% stake. PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia mediated the deal.
Two PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM) investors then purchased and sold shares. Morgan Stanley And Co International Plc, a foreign investor, sold 426,900 shares of this film production company, while PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia boosted its holding by 62.25 million shares. Morgan Stanley currently owns 11.51% of FILM, while Samuel Sekuritas owns about 6%.
Teguh Patriawan then acquired 46.64 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a palm oil corporation, increasing his ownership stake to 10.68%. However, with the remaining 9.62% of the shares, PT Nusantara Makmur Lestari sold 673 thousand NSSS shares. PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia handled the transactions for both investors.
Then, through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk purchased 11 million shares of metal ore mining issuer PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA).
Next, through PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada purchased 3.22 million shares of mining and infrastructure firm PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO).
Kreasi Jasa currently holds 42.51% of PTRO, while Saratoga Investama currently owns 20.12% of MDKA.
In the meantime, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk sold 46.82 million shares of its real estate subsidiary, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG). The investor reduced its shares by 9.16% through PT MNC Sekuritas.
5.35 million shares of financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) were subsequently sold by its controller, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, leaving 52.06% of the shares remaining. Lastly, Ling Sun used PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia to sell 3.87 million shares of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA). This investor's remaining stake in the construction issuer is 5.6%. (KD)
