Dua Samudera increases TEBE shareholding by IDR 47 billion

JAKARTA – PT Dua Samudera Perkasa (DSP) has increased its ownership in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), through a transaction worth IDR 47 billion on 13 March 2025. DSP acquired additional TEBE shares from PT Robust Buana Tunggal (RBT), which sold 92.02 million shares, equivalent to 7.32% of TEBE, at a price of IDR 500 per share.
Ayu Yusman, Corporate Secretary of TEBE, stated that DSP now holds 409.11 million shares, representing 31.84% of TEBE’s shares.
“The purpose of DSP’s transaction is for investment, with direct ownership status,” Ayu said in a statement, quoted on Tuesday (18/3).
After the transaction, the shareholders of TEBE are PT Prima Mineral Utama (39.31%), Lim Oi Wah (8.31%), Dua Samudera Perkasa (31.84%), and the public (20.54%).
Meanwhile, on Tuesday (18/3), TEBE's share price fell 6.25% to IDR 750 as of 14:45 WIB. Over the past week, its share price has risen by 26.89%. (EF/KR/ZH)
