JAKARTA – Rebecca Halim, wife of Sugianto Kusuma, commonly known as Aguan, has increased her ownership of 65.88 million shares of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) through PT Eralink Internasional.

The controlling shareholder purchased ERAA shares at prices between IDR 360 and IDR 364 per share on Tuesday (18/3).

“The purpose of the transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,” said Amelia Allen, Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary of ERAA, in a press release.

Eralink Internasional had previously acquired 65.88 million shares of ERAA in a transaction on 28 February 2025.

The breakdown of the purchase includes 1 million shares at IDR 360 per share, 500,000 shares at IDR 362 per share, and 64.38 million shares at IDR 364 per share.

Before this transaction, Eralink International held 8.69 billion shares, equivalent to 54.51% ownership. After the transaction, its stake increased to 8.76 billion shares, or 54.93%. (DK/ZH/KR)
