AII divests 5.2%, see how AIMS shifts

JAKARTA – PT AIMS Indo Investama (AII) secured IDR 3.04 billion from divesting 5.2% of its shares in PT Artha Mahiya Investama Tbk (AIMS). AII is the controlling shareholder of this issuer.
Anton Hidayat, Corporate Secretary of AIMS, reported that AII sold 11.44 million shares at IDR 266 per share last week (14/3). “The ownership is held directly,” he said in a disclosure, quoted Tuesday (18/3).
AII sold the shares in two phases, 3.85 million and 7.59 million shares, respectively. After the transaction, AII’s stake decreased to 134.33 million shares (61.26%) from 145.77 million shares (66.26%).
As of February 28, 2025, the total number of shares for this issuer was 220 million. The shareholders consisted of Effendi Leman 0%, AII 70.47%, and the public 29.53%. The free float percentage stood at 29.53%, or 64.95 million shares, with 1,512 shareholders. Meanwhile, the ultimate beneficial owner of AIMS shares is Mohammad Rafil Perdana.
Today, AIMS shares dropped 16.32%, or IDR 62, to IDR 318 per share at 3.39 PM WIB on Tuesday (18/3). The shares opened at IDR 380, with the highest price recorded at IDR 382 and the lowest at IDR 286 per share.
Yesterday (17/3), AIMS shares rose IDR 22 to IDR 380 per share, with a trading volume of 21.43 million shares in 4,712 transactions, valued at IDR 8.08 billion. (LK/ZH)
