JAKARTA – PT Goto Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) recorded a net foreign buy of 695.14 million shares by the close of trading on Tuesday (18/3). This performance placed the company at the top of the Top 10 Net Foreign Buys.

Data from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) showed that GOTO posted foreign buys and sells of 3.07 billion and 2.37 billion shares, respectively.

The company’s shares rose IDR 4 to IDR 83 at the close of trading, with a trading volume of 5.45 billion shares in 20,029 transactions worth IDR 437.03 billion.

Yesterday (17/3), the company’s shares declined by IDR 1 to IDR 79, with a trading volume of 1.84 billion shares in 10,538 transactions worth IDR 146.65 billion.

In second place, PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) recorded a net foreign buy of 138.64 million shares. Foreign buys and sells amounted to 309.89 million and 171.24 million shares, respectively.

BUMI’s shares dropped by IDR 8 to IDR 86 at the close of trading. A total of 1.41 billion shares were traded in 20,464 transactions worth IDR 122.98 billion.

The company's shares fell by IDR 2 to IDR 94 at the close of trading yesterday. A total of 430 million shares were traded in 6,034 transactions worth IDR 40.35 billion. (LK/ZH)
