CBDK acquires 99% shares of Citra Kirana Bisnis Distrik
JAKARTA – PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), a property company affiliated with Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, and the Salim Group, has acquired shares of PT Citra Kirana Bisnis Distrik (CKBD).
CBDK purchased 50 shares of CKBD from PT Tunas Mekar Jaya (TMJ) and 49 shares from PT Amantara Sinar Pesona (ASP) at IDR 1 million per share.
“With the integration of Citra Kirana Bisnis Distrik as a subsidiary, the company hopes to create a premium destination that supports the tourism, business, culinary, and entertainment sectors in the PIK 2 area,” said CBDK Director Markus Kusumaputra in a disclosure to IDX on Tuesday (18/3).
With this IDR 99 million transaction, CBDK has acquired 99 percent of the paid-up capital of Citra Kirana Bisnis Distrik.
According to Markus, the acquisition aims to integrate the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) business in the CBD PIK 2 area.
For information, Citra Kirana Bisnis Distrik is the developer of a five-star hotel to be built at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE). The project is currently in the pre-construction phase and is expected to start operations two years after construction begins.
