JAKARTA – Yentoro Hadiwibowo, President Director of PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST), increased his shareholding through a series of transactions from last week (13/3) to yesterday (17-18/3).

Nathania Olinda, JAST’s Corporate Secretary, stated that Yentoro purchased 709,000 shares at IDR 51-IDR 52 per share. "The shares are owned directly, and the purpose of the transaction is for investment," she said in a disclosure on Wednesday (19/3). Following the transaction, Yentoro's shareholding increased to 40.06 million shares (4%) from 39.35 million shares (3.63%).

As of 28 February 2025, JAST's total number of shares stood at 1.08 billion. The shareholder structure consists of 20.3% for Controlling Shareholders and 79.49% for Non-Controlling Shareholders. The percentage of free float shares is 36.09%, with the ultimate beneficial owners being Kennard Jr S Kusuma and PT Jast Infotek Group.

On the other hand, JAST's share price rose 1.85% or IDR 1 to IDR 55 at 10:39 WIB. The stock opened at IDR 54, with a high of IDR 56 and a low of IDR 53 per share. Over the past week, the share price has fallen 5.17% or IDR 3, and it has dropped 8.33% or IDR 5 in the past month. (LK/ZH)
