JAKARTA – Faty Khusumo has decided to resign from her position as President Director of PT Temas Tbk (TMAS).

Marthalia Vigita, Corporate Secretary of Temas, stated that the company received Faty's resignation letter on 17 March 2025.

“This decision was made in line with the company's strategy for the succession of the next director,” Marthalia said in an official statement on Wednesday (19/3).

Faty was appointed President Director of Temas during the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) in June 2021. Prior to that, she served as Director of TMAS from 2017 to 2020.

The resignation will be discussed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) scheduled for March 24, 2025.

As of 2 PM WIB today (19/3), TMAS shares rose by 1 point (0.80%) to IDR 126. (DH/ZH)
