JAKARTA – Ram Jethmal Punjabi increased his stake in PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) through 34 transactions since last week (13/3) until yesterday (18/3). With these share purchases, he has maintained a majority stake in the company.

In a disclosure, quoted Wednesday (19/3), Sugiri, Corporate Secretary of RAAM, reported that Ram Jethmal Punjabi's shareholding rose to 4.80 billion shares, or 70.504% from 70.499%. "The purpose of the transaction is for investment," he said.

In the transactions, the President Commissioner of RAAM bought a total of 370,000 shares, with purchase prices ranging from IDR 274 to IDR 286 per share.

He is also the ultimate beneficiary of RAAM’s shareholding. The percentage of RAAM's free float shares stands at 19.68%, with 4,414 shareholders.

RAAM shares fluctuated and strengthened by 7.75%, or IDR 20, reaching IDR 278 in the second session at 14:59 WIB, Wednesday (19/3). The shares opened at IDR 258, with the highest recorded price at IDR 282, and the lowest at IDR 258 per share. Over the past week, the stock price increased by 1.47%, or IDR 4 per share. (LK/ZH)
