JAKARTA – PT Xolare RCR Energy Tbk (SOLA), through its subsidiary, PT Aplikasi Bitumen Indonesia (ABI), has obtained a contract worth IDR 277.2 billion from PT Servo Lintas Raya (SLR) for the construction of a coal hauling road.

Dinda Octavia, Corporate Secretary of SOLA, confirmed that there is no affiliation between ABI Indonesia and SLR.

The contract includes the second phase of a 36-kilometre coal hauling road in South Sumatra. According to Dinda, the project will utilise chipseal construction, with the contract set to last one year, ending in December 2025.

“The modified polymer bitumen and emulsion asphalt needed for this project will use Xolabit asphalt, produced by PT Modifikasi Bitumen Sumatera, a subsidiary of PT Xolare RCR Energy Tbk,” Dinda added.

Previously, SOLA secured a contract worth IDR 166.79 billion from PT Trubaindo Coal Mining (TCM), a subsidiary of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG).

SOLA recorded revenues of IDR 72 billion up to September 2024, according to data from IDNFinancials.com. Meanwhile, its net profit reached IDR 17 billion, with a margin of 23.6%. (DH/KR/ZH)
