JAKARTA - PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), a subsidiary of PT BUMA International Group Tbk (DOID), has finalised the issuance of Sukuk Ijarah I BUMA 2025 worth IDR 2 trillion.

“Investor confidence in BUMA is growing stronger, reflecting the market’s trust in our financial stability and business strategy,” said Iwan in an official statement on Thursday (20/12).

BUMA issued the ijarah sukuk in three series. Sukuk Series A has a principal amount of IDR 542.85 billion, offered with an ijarah yield of 7.50% and a tenor of 370 calendar days.
