JAKARTA - PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) will issue 8.75 million shares related to the Management Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) phase III programme. The total number of shares in this programme is 350 million shares.

Rahmiyati Yahya, Corporate Secretary of SAME, said that the exercise price of shares in the MESOP phase III programme is IDR 260. ‘MESOP shares are provided by the company free of charge,’ she said in an information disclosure, Thursday (20/3).

The value of MESOP phase III is IDR 2.27 billion. The programme was approved by shareholders on 14 December 2022 and will run until 13 December 2027.

The issuer recorded 17.14 billion shares as of 28 February 2025. The owner structure is 78.5% controlling and 21.5% non-controlling. The number of shareholders is 9,001 customers and the ultimate beneficiary of share ownership is Eddy Kusnadi Sariaatmadja.

The board of directors who have pocketed SAME shares include Jusup Halimi, Juniwati Gunawan, Meta Dewi Thedja, Nailufar, Kusmiati, and Armen Antonius Djan. (LK/LM)
