JAKARTA - Rudy Susanto Wijaya Kaswan and Agus Susanto transferred all of their shares in PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM) to PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia (PMUI).

Citing information disclosure on Thursday (20/3), Agus Sutanto, President Director of GRPM, said that there was a transaction of 1.08 billion shares or 70.12% of the company's 1.54 billion shares in the negotiation market. ‘The purpose of the transaction is to consolidate the company,’ he said.

Although the transaction amounted to 70.12% of GRPM's total shares, it did not cause a change in control. The two shareholders remain the final beneficiaries of the issuer's shares. The composition of PMUI shareholders is Rudy Susanto Wijaya Kaswan 70% and Agus Susanto 30%.

Rudy Susanto Wijaya sold 701.8 million shares (45.425%) and Agus Susanto released 381.58 million (24.7%) at a price of Rp120 per share. If calculated, the value of the share transfer transaction is Rp130 billion. (LK/LM)
