JAKARTA – On Tuesday, March 18, PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia was listed as a new investor in PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) in the list of changes in share ownership above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By purchasing 7.60 billion shares right now, this investor now owns 5.36% of the mineral mining issuer's shares.

Then, PT Dua Samudera Perkasa added 505.17 million shares to its stake in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), an equity participation business. This investor previously owned about 31.84% of TEBE, but after buying shares through PT Pilarmas Investindo Sekuritas, its stake soared to 71.15%. The majority stake in TEBE is currently held by this investor.

PTRO's controller, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada, also acquired more than 101 million shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), an oil and gas mining business. This investor's stake part rose to 43.52% through PT BNI Sekuritas.

Next, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk acquired 12 million shares of metal ore mining firm PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), after which PT AP Investment acquired 25 million shares of gold mining business PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN). Saratoga currently owns 10.22% of MDKA, while AP Investment currently owns 15.45% of AMMN shares.

However, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia's selling of 29.59 million shares of PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM) resulted in the biggest share drop. There were 5.79% of shares left in this investor's portfolio.

Following that, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala sold 4.38 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), a provider of financial services. This amount of controlling shares fell to 51.97%. PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, the controller of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI), subsequently sold approximately 1.61 million shares of this insurance firm, keeping 86.28% of the remaining shares.

Investor PT Nusantara Makmur Lestari, who held 9.61% of the shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), sold 887,400 NSSS shares through PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk. Lastly, 473,100 shares of PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk (DWGL), a coal mining firm, were sold by PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa. Its percentage of shares dropped somewhat to 7.68%.
