JAKARTA - Ifiandiaz Nazsir resigned from his position as President Director of PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA).

‘I inform the company that I resign from my position as President Director of PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk,’ he said in a letter to the company and IDX quoted on Thursday (20/3/2025).

The company has scheduled an Extraordinary GMS (EGMS) to approve the resignation on Friday (21/3) tomorrow.

Ifiandiaz has served as President Director of MINA since 2004. He has experience as President Director at PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (2004-2010) and PT Cahaya Saguna Niketana (2004-2015).

Currently, he still serves as Commissioner of PT Kapuas Prima Coal since 2017 and Director at PT Crown Line since 1998.

This 58-year-old man, resigned, amid MINA's plan to conduct a rights issue. The company plans to issue 3.28 billion new shares with a nominal value of Rp20 per share. (DH/LM)
