Adriansyah Chaniago buys more INCO shares

JAKARTA – Adriansyah Chaniago, Director of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO), increased his shareholding in a transaction that took place yesterday (19/3).
According to an information disclosure on Thursday (20/3), Wiwik Wahyuni, Corporate Secretary of INCO, reported that Adriansyah Chaniago purchased 85,000 shares at IDR 2,360 per share. The director's holdings increased to 155,000 shares (0.00066%) from 70,000 shares (0.00147%) following the transaction.
He previously bought 70,000 shares at IDR 2,820 per share last week (10/3), having held no shares before. Adriansyah Chaniago is now the second director in the board to hold shares in INCO.
As of 28 February, INCO's total shares amounted to 10.53 billion, with the shareholders consisting of PT Mineral Industri (34%), Vale Canada Limited (33.88%), Sumitomo Metal Mining (11.48%), and Edi Permadi (Commissioner) and Abu Ashar (Director), both holding 0%. (LK/ZH)
